Shopping on Magnolia Blvd is a risk free pleasure. While we want every purchase to be perfect, we understand that sometimes they are not. We're sorry your order didn't work out.

First, read through our Returns Policy, then let's work together to make this as quick and easy as possible. We appreciate your business and hope you'll visit us again soon!

You've got 3 simple options:

1) Store Credit + $5 Bonus:

Receive an MB store credit for the amount of your return—and a BONUS $5 credit you can use toward finding something else you'll love. 

2) Refund:

Receive a refund back to your original payment method, minus the shipping fee. Shipping charges are non refundable. 

We will refund your money in the original form of payment within 3 business days of receiving the unused item back in its original packaging. 

3) Exchanges:

Love it but need a different size, color, or pattern? We're happy to exchange as long as that item's still in stock.  If it is not in stock, you may chose to wait for it be come back into stock, you can cheese a refund or a MB Store Credit.  

Our Returns & Exchanges Policy

The following policy applies to domestic and international orders.

  • Eligibility Window:

    To qualify for a return, contact us within 3 days of receipt of the item.  Items must be received back in our warehouse within 14 days of your original order shipment date (as printed on your packing slip). Exchanges must also be received within 14 days.

  • Items Not Eligible for Refund or Store Credit: 
    Personalized or custom items may not be returned and are non refundable.

  • Packaging Requirements:
    Magnolia Blvd reserves the right to deny the return of any item not meeting the unused original packaging requirement.

  • What if my item arrives damaged?
    Please contact us within 3 days of delivery and we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
  • My return meets the Return Policy requirements – now what?
    If your return meets the policy requirements, please contact us and we will send you a return authorization.

  • How do I return an item I received as a gift? 
    Contact us and we will send you instructions and an authorization code to include in your package.  

  • What happens if I return an item that I bought on sale or used a promo code on?
    We will be happy to refund you the amount you paid for the product less the shipping charges.  You will be able to re-use your promo code again until it's original expiration date.

  • What if there was something wrong with my order?

    Contact us right away so we can make things right.
